Refund Policy

This policy governs refunds for subscription, pay-per-view content, escort listing, and future video chat services.

Non-refundable Products

Digital and time-based services are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Monthly VIP content subscriptions
  • Pay-per-view videos once unlocked
  • Escort listing fees after a profile is published
  • Video chat credits once sessions begin

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Verified platform access failure
  • Unauthorized transactions (reported within 7 days)

Subscription Auto-renewals

All subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Request Process

Submit requests to aladin.luxury@gmail.com with your registered email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund. Review time is 5–7 business days. If approved, funds are returned in 7–10 days.

Chargeback Abuse

Users filing fraudulent chargebacks face permanent banning, content access forfeiture, and potential reporting to payment processors and fraud databases.

Legal Compliance

This policy adheres to the EU Digital Content Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and US FTC Refund Guidelines.
