Discretion and privacy: how Luxury Sweets protects every booking

We don't keep client details. Here's exactly how we handle privacy across the booking lifecycle — from first message to the moment your companion leaves.

Discretion and privacy: how Luxury Sweets protects every booking

Discretion is the single most common request we receive. It's also the easiest to deliver — because the way our service is structured means we don't need to know who you are to do our job well.

What we don't collect

We don't require an account. We don't store names, addresses, payment cards, or identifying details. We don't maintain a client database. The only contact point we need is a Telegram handle — and Telegram itself is end-to-end encrypted, with usernames that don't need to match any real-world identity.

Payment

All bookings are paid in cash, directly to your companion at the start of the date. No cards. No bank transfers. Nothing that leaves a paper trail or appears on a statement. The agency itself only processes the booking arrangement; the financial transaction sits between you and the companion only.

Companion-side discretion

Every companion on our roster signs a confidentiality agreement before her first booking. She does not retain client contact details, does not discuss her work outside reception staff, and is trained to maintain a low profile in public — entering and leaving venues quietly, dressing appropriately for the setting, never approaching first if you're with others.

Legal context

Our agency operates under the laws of Cyprus, with disputes handled by the courts of Limassol. We comply with GDPR for any data we do process (essentially: the booking message thread itself), and that data is purged on a regular cycle once a booking is complete.

In short: privacy isn't something we add on top of the service. It's structurally how we operate.
